I have just started working on AA's . I have inate wis , camo , Exodus , inate run , dire charm and the first mana regen one.

As a primarily solo Druid ( 65 ) what are the most valuable AA's. And if this subject has been kicked around ( and I am sure it has ) could someone direct me to a discussion on Druid AA's please ?

63 druid here...

First 6 were run3, 2 in Cha and 1 in HP regen.

Next I got all Spell Casting Mastery. I think these are probably the most important for starters.

I also have all the Spell Casting Reinforcement, cause I hate rebuffing!

I also picked up Exodus, Mnemonic Retention, and one Spell Casting Subtlety.

I have 3 unspent but I am looking for more Class AAs, probably next will be Innate Camo. Then probably more Subtlety.

Is Dire Charm useful at all? (Specific examples please)

I am dubious to the healing AAs, I may get them eventually.
Spell Casting Fury is another I may try.

Re Dire Charm , I am sorry to say , I think it was a waste of points. The ones I use all the time are Inate Camo and Exodus. The Exodus button is my " Get out of jail for free " card. I can go the really scary places and escape after getting the crap scared out of me. It has saved my little hobbitt *** many times.

From a chanters point of view (and chanters can charm all types not just animals) I find Dire Charm to be just a toy. I found myself using it less and less the higher I got. Even solo I rarely used it. I had better results using a limited charm spell over a DC.

I think you would get more out of your aas in other skills. It's really up to you though. I don't regret buying Dire Charm but it's not a highly usefull one either.
