Didn't play as much as I wanted, but it was still a nice week(end)...

Thu: Weekly session with friends. Formed a group with one of our guild leaders and did monster missions. It was my first time doing "Queen Nok Nok's Tomb" and "Defending the Lair", and it was a great experience! Smiley: grin My BL dinged 37. Nevertheless, I had a bad feeling getting exp, but no loot/plat and skill-ups. I think I will do some mm's from time to time, but they won't be my characters' main way of levelling! Smiley: oyvey

Fri-Sun: No EQ, weekend with girlfriend and her parents.

congratulations on 37, BBot :)

didn't play much myself. EQ highlight #2 was, when I found a crushed diamond dust for sale at my local provisions supplier in Felwithe. was 26 pp something... sold overnight for 8 k.

EQ highlight # 1 was dinging 61. finally... now on to MM's, to upgrade my gear, so I break 4 k mana. well, and the AA exp will come in handy too ;)

RL highlight was waitching "The Boondock Saints" . great movie. I just luv the oirish slang... Smiley: grin

PS: albeit I quadded so many times at toilerhill in ME, still had to abandon quads thrice this WE. shows, there is always mistakes you can make...

Grats on level 37 Bbot and 61 Kajolus.

Family in town so little everquest. Managed to solo a bit in Velks and earn 1/2 an AA point. Hard to turn the AA exp off since its the only bar that seems to move anymore :-(

Wifie and I went estate shopping yesterday and found a palace far awat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Waiting on the realtor to set up an appointment to see the inside. Property values are silly but this would be a great Christmas present!

Pants are a little tighter this morning.... Can't understand why. Maybe it was the pumpkin pie, mince pie, rasberry pie, wine, beer, turkey, mashed potatoes with garlic, shrimp over penne pasta in a garlic cream sauce, etc....

I spent a lot of sunday applying for more jobs.

Exercised, lost more weight. I have lost 20 pounds recently due to diet and exercise and I feel wonderful Smiley: yippee Not much more to go for my target weight.

Main guild raids were fun this weekend. Dod backflagging followed by some quick epic 2.0 and loot mobs. We now have 6 or 7 clerics needing only the new ragefire for their epic 2.0s so we will probably complete all those in one night (hopefully including mine!) Smiley: smile

I attended some fast optional raids this sunday night as they were for my missing don progression raids. All complete to tier 5 now and I only need one mini raid for that, my Vish peice is banked.

I really didn't play much EQ this weekend. Dabbled a bit with the new necro and did manage to get a North Ro ldon done with the cleric.

I also rented Pirates! for the XboX. That's quite a fun game. Also got the SNES emulator working for my xbox, so I've been having fun reminscing about the 'good ol' times' of my video game career.

I played some on and off for the 4 day break. I picked up a FT2 augment to add to my earring for my paladin. Raided some minis in Sol Ro, first big raid I've been on in about a year. Got a guild group and headed over to Noble's Causeway for a bit on Saturday. It was the first time there for some of them, we managed to get our cleric killed only once, and found one named. No rune though, unfortunately.

I also managed to level up my Shaman to 40, and picked up some new gear. I also started the epic quest for him. I imagine it will be significantly easier than the Paladin one that I abandoned long ago.

Did the fairy MM on Wed and a Ldon on Thursday with Windjon. Had a sk weapon drop on the ldon so I started an iksar sk on the other account. Now I have a forager on both. Also started to complete the soulfire quest.(aka Zimel's blade )
Leveled the rogue Cump to 15. Working on making more Wofs when I found some panda claws for sale on Merchant. Lot of time in trader mode.

Well, on Thursday, my group and I spend hours gearing up, and at about 3:30, we headed to our primary target, "The Turkey."

The Turkey had a LOT of adds that came with it, such as corn, potatoes, eggnog, broccholi and califlower casserole. Needless to say, about 60 minutes later, after a lof of chweing, and belt-unbuckling, my group had bested him, and his adds.

But ahh, we had made the mistake of forgetting about his after effect AoE, Triptephane.

My group and I began slowly nodding off into a very deep sleep...it wasn't pretty...

The rest of my weekend was spent watching the Alien Quadrilogy. =)

Helped guildies with a couple epic drops. Did a few MMs for some quick AAs. Spent some time in Velks and Plane of Storms. Trashed the Warrens with the baby shadow knight, which is turning out to be a fun character. Internet connection went on the fritz Sunday afternoon, so spent the rest of the day watching some movies.

Came to realize that 4 days off just isn't enough, it goes by waaay too fast!

Congrats on all that dingage.

Didn't get a lot of play time in but had some fun in Velks, Nobles Causeway (nice zone) and playing with my little frog shammy.
