Power went out briefly for me last night so I did not bother to log my trader fearing similar occourances. Kind of glad I didn't now, since he would have been booted by the patch.

The system wide message last night said it was a 9 hour patch.

Everyone should send an email to SOE and demand your $0.32 back for the time you couldnt play!11!!1!!!

Yeah, $0.32 for the refund of time missed and $175.00 per hour for therapy to deal with the withdrawals. Pfftttt!

Hehe.....

I don't mind the patches, I just wish I could figure out how they know to do them on my day off..... Smiley: wink

Maybe I should start emailing Sony when a patch is coming up and tell them my day off is the day AFTER they think it is.....

The servers went down at 7am (EST) IIRC and it stated the patch time was 9 hours. So, officially, 4pm EST. For whatever that's worth.

This patch was planned and stated at least 2 weeks ago. Maybe your boss gives you the days off when it's going to patch. That way you can work when he takes his day off. Smiley: sly

And now.. EQ Live says all servers are up.. the patch downloaded onto my machine.. and .. Tah Dah.. Your server <Stromm> is not accepting connections at the present time. This is most likely due to a patch.
