Thu: Two LDoNs in South Ro, pretty good exp and some aug drops at the end of the second. Dinged 35.

Fri: No EQ.

Sat, Sun: Minor Frost Giant kiting in The Great Divide, still missing one toe for the first prayer shawl quest...

Now that I started kiting, I'd really like to have a bit more time for playing... Smiley: cry

Friday: Finished my Epic 1.0 bypass in Lake Rathe, then went to Stoneroot Falls and killed nasty Orcesses.. I hates em, precious, I do!

Saturday: Did all my 1.5 turn ins, ready for Barindu. Decided to learn Lair of Blackwings (Nest mission) with 2 other Necros. I have done it with a stand up group more than once (playing all three of me).. but some people swear by it for solo XP, and I wanted to see how possible that was. After one oops, it was really pretty easy.. and a nice payoff (59 crystals per).

Sunday: Went to Nurga and killed every living thing there ('cept the Sleeping Orge.. we let him lay) for faction. Went to Chardok and turned in. CotH Mage and all the Necros doubious or better now. Late night I drug said Mage to the Plane of Valor for a dou and got him a quick level to 56.

I managed to put in 27 hours of EQ this weekend Smiley: eek

I know other folks might get a whole lot more accomplished, but for me I was pretty happy with getting 13 AA's (only two from Monster Missions), 160 DoN cyrstals, and finished almost all of the DoN Tier 1 tasks.

I spent a bunch of time during the days duoing with a mage friend of mine in Lavaspinner's Lair and Tirranun's Delve.

I soloed a bit in Broodlands and managed to get this Belt of the Lost to drop on the second mob (yay!), it rotted however before a guildie could come out from Corathus Creep to loot it (boo!)

Also I started a necro and got him to level 6 when Frak was in a period of waiting.

Not much EQ for me except for a few MM's. Starting to really hate those damn things. Everyone is in such a damn rush and god forbid any group chat. I'll be glad when the novelty wears off those things or at least nerf the xp gained from the Fairy missions. Way too much xp for so little effort/risk.

The friend that talked me into coming back and starting over on a new server has essentially quit playing (grr) so I'm considering moving my toon back to my old server (at least theres a few folks I know still there). Friggin 75 bucks for a character move with items. Seems a bit steep to me.

Did a couple DoN instances for the first time this weekend. Good stuff, I can see doing more of those.

Most of the rest of the weekend I spent trying to get my Master's DoN armor quest done. I was in The Deep nearly the whole weekend. I hate Deepspore Mushroom's.

I haven't hardly played my shaman in like a week. Poor fella.

Not much. Seemed I was logged into EQ quite a bit this weekend but didn't really accomplish anything.

Friday - grind, got an AA. Saturday - Guild killed the Girplan Devourer twice for the epic 1.5 piece x 2. Grind a while after that. Sunday - Guild did the Chardok Royals a couple times for Cleric epic pieces. Took too long. Went fishing and the Shaman made a bunch of Kilva's potions.

Thursday into Friday:
Noticed that the prices for pumpking flesh/seeds had fallen, but the prices for tradeskilled pumpkin items hadn't. I skilled up my baking from 0 to 135, and bought a bunch of pumpkin seeds for around 100p/handfull, and turned them into baked pumpkin seeds and sold them for 1000pp a piece. I made about 25K in one day. There are alway folks willing to pay money to save time. By Friday night that market had busted.

Saturday:
Finished up the Halloween quests. Had to redo some that I had done pre-patch. Camped the stupid bloody vampire in mistmore for hours only to LD moments before my spawn. Spawned back in to find that I had been removed from the camp list. I asked the crowd of campers for a vote as to whether I should stay or go, and decision was split. While we were arguing, vamp spawned - aggro on someone who was sitting to close to spawn point - killed him instantly (or nearly so) - and then aggroed me. That was all the sign I needed. Killed the mob, and looted my piece. Gave appologies to anyone offended and rezzed the guy who got iced.

There ended up being an addendum to that part of the story. I finished up some other errands, and ran out to Kithicor to finish my mission and hand in the drops. It happens to be night time, but I'm high enough level that kithicor is still mostly light blue to me at night. I go, do my turn in, and gate. Spirit Sending is a slow gate, and something aggros on me moments before gate finishes. I contemplate whether to cancel the gate, but before I can make a decision, the gate finishes. I almost immediately get an angry tell saying I killed <namewitheld>'s rogue. This happens to be the guy that died from sit aggro at the mistmoore bloody vampire camp. He blames me for his earlier death and the death of rogue. I explain patiently that I'm sorry that events transpired that way, but I don't feel responsible for the death, as the rogue would have gained aggro, even if I hadn't been there at all, and honestly, the group was a little low to be in kithicor at night anyway. I also offer up my humble 75% rez, as a peace offering, which is rejected out of hand. Bah.

Sunday:
Did two mm. I was feeling sick, so I didn't have the patience for much more than that. Earned my eigth aa point which immediately went into ca 1. Played around with my awesome bone mask.

Got bored with my main again and switched to my necro. There's always something just innately fun about playing an evil character once in a while, especially if you roleplay. Slogging him through the mid 50's. Bleh. Dinged 55 Saturday and 56 Sunday through some heavy grinding. Much appreciation to some folks who took pity on me and basically PL'ed me in PoV and PoI. Rather fun to have a 67-70 in the group slaughtering the poor critters wholesale and giving you badly needed doses of exp in hell levels. Hoping to get him to 60 by the weekend after next maybe.

At the same time I'm finding that necro spells for these levels be DAMNED SPENSIVE, so I'm dumping large amounts of time and money into the nipple-erecting excitement of spell research. I can barely contain myself with the maddening thrills involved in bazaar trolling and dumpster diving for five stacks of "words of expudiationistilism" or whatnot. I'll just switch to driving rusty nails into my skull with a shoe when I'm ready to do something slightly less masochistic.

Good hunting and good luck everyone. :)

Spent time last week thru Sunday eve. trying to complete halloween quest for my toons.
Even went out sunday and picked up a copy of DODH so I could shroud as most folks didnt want to do the level 50 and 60 missions that winjon and courtin needed. Courtin is the only one to get the mask. Missed it on Elnes account as I was so slow to load the level 25 group started without me and I couldnt be added.
Oh well. Anyone want to buy some pumpkin bread? I refused to sell it.

4% away from level 55 chanter and a new pet. Wanted to wait till after my Mid-term (tonight) and ding! Should take me 15 minutes or so in Dulak.

Can't wait to see what my new pet is capable of. Probably nothing great but having a pet con lt.blue to you for 6 levels is a bit of a pain.

Then I need to find a new zone. Dulak is super boring at this point. But it is really easy exp and AFK is not a problem there.

Played Thursday last week and got another AA. Made some plat in Dulaks and then my company arrived and I probably won't be able to play till next Friday at the earliest.
