yes it does, or did approx 2 months ago. But it took me 4-6 hours camping for it to drop, in 3 sessions. Takes forever but it's well worth it.

lol sorry ;-) but I have been called 'lucky' seems my lucky star shines brightly often (got 3 talisans of spiritseer and a shell inlaid collar in 3 hrs of Natimbi too)
