Are they a fixed amount like regular aa's or do they scale according to your lvl??

20% of the XP you earn will go to leader XP. Therefore, they do go faster at higher levels, just like regular AA.

i disagree with this the leadership aa's are a fixed rate you can actually have these fly at lower lvls the reason you notice them faster at higher lvls is you always have a full grp so your normal xp doesn't go up as fast. I have a 24 ranger that has only hunted in full grps and he has 10 points in ldr aa's at lvl 24. I could be wrong but that seems to have been my view.

Get your leadership AA's as early as possible. EXP early on is so easy and fast. 65+ leadership EXP was mindnumbingly slow, especially when you are also trying to get AA's.

If you are in a raiding guild, ask your groupleader to let you have leadership. I usually get one leadership AA per raid. It helps when you are actually gaining something other than DKP on backflag raids. I used to insist on leadership for LDoN's back when people still did them. It sucks that leadership came out when I was already 65.

Then I see my sister playing her stupid newbie bard and she has her leadership all full. Full leadership points are really nice, especially for bards, but for anyone really. It's worth the effort.

If it hasn't been changed, leadership AA was based on per kill, not exp (or something like this). I have a lot of leadership AAs on my cleric and I got them mostly from lower levels; it was very fast, like near the newbie starting areas we get kills every 15 seconds maybe, instead of 1 mins at higher levels.

Plus, 20% exp at level level is nothing, it may take extra 10 mins to level up with leadership AA on. but at higher level it may mean 2 extra hours.

I had no leadership AA's before level 70 so I have nothing to compare it to in that regard. However, I find that they just pile up without any concious effort on my part.

Sami is usually the group leader just because she already has some useful leadership AAs - HoTT, group HP, group ATK. So every once in a while I get a message saying I can't accumulate more until I spend some.

Once hers are max I suppose I'll make someone else be the leader as long as we don't really need the extras - with the stipulation that they get HoTT first!

Could someone provide a link to all the leadership AA's and what they do?
