Seriously though, find a Jeweller, there are Resist rings to suit all budgets. Also Poison Resist augs available from LDoN merchants.

DMF (Dead Man Floating, Necro Levitate spell) also gives a goodly amount of poison/disease resist... And Necros are generally so happy to be able to cast a buff people want, they won't mind casting it on you. However, IMHO fighting with levitate on is kinda tough, mostly because I insist on looking my opponent in the eye. When I went to purchase a set of resist gear in order to join a certain guild, I was surprised to find it was fairly cheap. Jewelcrafted bracelets, rings, masks, necklaces, earrings, etc. can sometimes be bought cheaply from people skilling up who just want to make a part of their investment back. I saw one guy selling the bracelet I wanted for 600pp. I later bought it for 25pp :)
