Just wondering how the two values "Comparative Efficienty" and "Offhand Efficiency" are calculated.
Example: Exquisite Puresteel Fistwraps
Comparative Efficiency: 139
Offhand Efficiency: 65
I found a new weapon in GoD, not yet listed on Allakhazam, and I would like to calculate CE and OE - how do I do?

Ok, silly quetion: Why is that formula used? Heck, I could flip things around and make the offhand number bigger and claim I am correct.
