Information PleaseFollow

My original message received no feedback whatsoever. Not sure why, since I do not think I was out of topic, or my question was preposterous. So being the optimist that I am, I will restate it.
If someone, anyone, can give me any information I would greatly appreciate it. If it happens that no one knows, then I apologize for reposting, but I have no way of knowing since no one answered.

Here it goes.
Does anyone know if a guild, belong to a guild, or has even heard of a guild that starts raiding 10pm PST (12am CST // 1am EST) ?
Any server is fine, I have no problem starting a new toon or transferring over to another server.

I have been looking for over a year now, with no luck, any information or leads on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
As of now, it is difficult for me to participate fully in a guild's activities due to my hours, and I would like to be as active as I possibly can.

PS. Please do not tell me to look in the guild links in this site, I have and they are all broken due to some proxy/server error.
I have been looking into all the guild sites I can get my hands on from all servers, but more than a few do not mention raiding times and I know that not all guilds have their website listed in eqrankings or here, etc...
