What does "KEI" stand for? I've seen this in several posts and was wondering what it is.

Kaodics Endless Intelect
It is an Enchanter buff that makes you regenerate 13 mana each 6 seconds that pass. Lasts for over 2 hours. Must be lvl 45 to get buffed with it.

They have changed it. Unless you are 45+ you can now only get clarity, this was to prevent Abuse of it's mana recovery by low levels.

Probably the best thing they did last year.

Actually you can get Clarity II at level 42 I think. It is 11 mana per tick. And just to nit-pick a little KEI is 14 per tick, Tranquility is 16 per tick and Voice of Quellios is 18 per tick.

The big benifit, other than the increased mana per tick, of KEI over Clarity II is that it is very long lasting. It lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes without any extended enhancement focus items or AA abilities.

all 50+ spells/songs have had their level effect adjusted.

by that i mean buffs that are 50+ (this includes songs like mana, travel, etc from bards too) will not work on toons that are to low in level.

so chanters can use C and CII spells depending on the level of the toon to buff just as Temp can be cast on any level Virt is restricted to 45+.
