Newbie QuestsFollow

Does anyone recall, a few months back, when Sony added in the Barbarian newbie quests? The patch message said something along the lines of "all races now have newbie quests."

I take it Iksar don't count? All we get are the progressive quests (shackles, khukris, cudgels, etc,) but no actual armour quests for newbies that compare. We get the Curscale armour, ooooo. And the level 30-ish quests that have kinda crappy stats, considering the effort required.

Iksar monks get nothing but shackles, they don't even get the 30-ish quest gear.

So, the question is, what does Sony have against Iksar, that they're the only race to lack newbie armour quests?
