Help Please 65 Chanter can not tribute!Follow

Hi Folks,
I need help. I am a 65 chanter agnostic and I can not tribute. I do not know if this is broken or what. My race is High Elf and I followed the conversation but was never able to open up the tribute window. I have a level 24 Zerker twink that actually has some active tribute so I know how to do it...EQ simply will not let me!

OMG I can not believe I did not think of that! Thank you so much!!!!
