This is the instanced zone involving the heroic adventure "Royal Access". Note: There is variance with regard to what NPCs you encounter in the zone (some NPCs listed here will appear; some will not). This depends on which steps you are assigned as you progress through the task. NPCs scale in level according to the highest level player in the zone. NPCs shown here are based on a group whose highest level player is Level 100 (they scale down to Level 75 and upward to EverQuest's maximum level). |

Speak to Rozz T'ver outside barraks. She is right behind you as you zone in.
obtain attack plans from DreadGuard Captains 0/4. They are in the rooms on each side as you go into the barracks.
There are 2 guards outside each door. They Are aggro linked with the captain, I managed to split a guard off quite a way from the barraks outside and the other 2 still came. guards are immune to changes in run speed as has been common in this zone.
