With this stone, a wizard can port their group to the plane, or you can see Relm M`Loch in the Plane of Tranquility, or you can get here from the Guild Hall portal.

Could you please take http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=36284 and http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=36282 off of the Plane of Hate as a drop. Whom ever submitted this as a drop from Plane of Hate is mistaken. Clear the entire zone of every mob and never did any powders but Crystalized Sulfer drop and they are uncommon at best. Nothing new not even Rogue potion making materials drop in this zone. I farm this stuff for tradeskilling and it does not drop in this zone EVER.

A Spite Golem just dropped Crystalized Sulfer. So whoever reads this previous post, do not believe it.
