Hardly anyone ever sees this zone, at least among those I play with.

It's not a snow zone, it's based on the Library design. But the boss is deep inside the zone inside an area where he keeps various mobs "imprisoned." Of course, the prisoners emerge from their "cages" to attack the adventurers as they travel to engage the boss. Fun design though, and well worth experiencing at least once.

Beats me what the lore means... the boss himself is inside one of his own prison cells.
