Plane of Hate  

The Plane of Hate is home to Innoruuk and his numerous minions. There are three ways to enter this zone, all of which require the Fuligan Soulstone of Innoruuk. With this stone, a wizard can port their group to the plane, or you can see Relm M`Loch in the Plane of Tranquility, or you can get here from the Guild Hall portal.

actully all god models up to velious are Global meaning they can be spawned in any zone if they wanted.
