There are some guards now that spawn it what used to be abandoned huts near Nektulos Forest (not sure if I spelled that right). One of them drops an item called Shana's Necklace. Anyone know what this is for? btw guards are easy kills. They Conned green to a 26 Paladin.

Shana's necklace is used for the caster newbie armor final weapon quest.
