This is the instanced zone involving the group mission "Scions of Thundercrest". Legend has it that the storm dragon, Yar`Lir, is in control of three deadly scions that can be commanded via three tomes of knowledged scattered about the Isles, and both Norrath's Keepers and the Dark Reign have an interest in acquiring the tomes and eliminating the scions, themselves.
