Zone has two different level ranges. On TLP servers, Splitpaw seems to be ideal around the 30s from Classic to Planes of Power expansions. Then in LDoN, it gets revamped to be a 60's zone. Most mobs conned white & yellow to a lvl 65. It's considered to tie if not beat Plane of Fire for the best grouping zone for 60's. It doesn't need a Raid flag to enter unlike Plane of Fire. The real zone is. however, this is an instance takig you though Norathian History. to the days before PAW was infected, or rather when it got infected. You should be leveled apropriatley for the battle by the instance.
