This is the instanced zone involving the raid task Guardian of the Sands.

Several scouts from both the Norrath's Keepers and the Dark Reign have disappeared while exploring the Stillmoon Temple area. The cause is suspected to be a large guardian which is reported to have emerged from the sands of Stillmoon Temple. Since it has allied itself with the sand goblins of the region, it must be eliminated.
