Destroying many of the native symbols, the muramite invaders have converted the building that once served as the court of Nihilia into fortified headquarters. It is here you will find a structure called the Chamber of Souls, various pens to hold ukun, and a moat of sickly black sludge. The structures that the nihil once called home are all but destroyed now.

its not listed here, but this also connects to Riwwi.

Also, seems that the level limit here is a minimum of 50...wasnt able to get in at 49, so killed a few monbs on ranger to hit 50, and could zone in,

Easy Pulling
# Aug 31 2004 at 11:00 AM Rating: Decent
I found it very easy to single pull to the zoneline here. All the dogs in cages can be pulled individually without pacify. Many mobs "cast" here but mostly disease or poison which were not a problem for us at level 65. They also cast snare, which was annoying, but we found a resist magic of around 150 prevented it from landing. The hound in the central (large) cage will enrage so be careful of that. The others frenzy. There is a green con dog keeper slave wandering around. He didn't aggro or join in on us. After clearing the cages (about 13 of em) we were able to single pull from the one story building (with slaves in them) on the right side, and the fort on the left. (This is with a rogue shooting arrows - no pacify, etc.) We didn't mess with the blue dome of the four guards standing near it. There are a few walkers which we had to keep clearing, and the static spawns on the sides were a bit faster to respawn then the dogs in the cages.

A named Pix Trek Rexi (sp?) and pet will wander near the zoneline. They are a bit tougher.
The Blue Dome

It is all actually quite simple to get into the blue dome, albeit you may wish you never got into it once you have. First off you need to hail Fezbin in Abysmal Sea and say "I want to help the wayfarers brotherhood" to get your preflag. Fezbin is located in the main cabin abovedecks. Once you have done this you head to Qinimi. Follow the right wall and when you get about to where the stone huts are you should see a half of a book's edge jutting out of a piece of stone rubble. Take this and return it to Taminoa in the main cabin in Abysmal Sea.

Taminoa will lead you to Councilman Sislono Nislan in Qinimi. He's located in one of the stone huts. Give him the (different) page you got back from Taminoa. Follow the dialog and he sends you on a quick collect mission. You need a Piece of Chalk, random from Qinimi mobs, Stonedust Particles, random from Riwwi mobs and a Glob of Mud, random from sewers mobs.

Once you have all these and return it to Councilman Sislono Nislan he will give you a Stone of Entry. Get a very good dps group for this. A warrior tank of paladin tank preferred for aggro reasons is required. Take your group to the south temple, you may need to clear a couple mobs or so, and head up the ramp inside the building and step onto the cirlce (pedestal).

When you are all buffed and ready say "I wish to enter" with your Stone of Entry on your cursor. You will be confronted with 3 waves of 3 pretty gimp mobs. Once they are dead the named mob and 2 guards will attack. Get them slowed and tanked ASAP. BURN down the named fast. Once the named is dead the executioner will become killable and will proceed to kill Kreshin if you don't kill him first. BURN him down. Save your disciplines for the executioner. Once he his dead you can loot up/kill the guards. All members of the group who have a Stone of Entry need to give it to Kreshin. He will thank you and hand it back to you with a Writ of the Magi.

Go back to Taminoa and give him the Writ. He will give it back to you (different) and lead you, again, to Councilman Sislono Nislan. Give Nislan the writ and follow the dialog. If you feel up to the challenge, amass 17 more people and tell Nislan "I am ready", and you will ported into the Blue Dome. DANGER: This ring is not for the average Joes.

I hope that I have finally shed some light on the mysterious Blue Dome.
Level Req?
# Apr 07 2004 at 11:07 AM Rating: Decent
We were going here last night and a level 47 toon in our group (others all 65) was not able to zone in. Poped the toon back to the Natimbi zone in camp (also stripped SoE).

Anyone know what the level limits are for GoD zones?

Level 55 seems required for the locked zones.

A 54 cleric was not able to enter Ferubi or Qinimi.

mitigation/bonuses

Greetings

Fought for first time here tonight, at the zone-in from Natimbi. Not a huge sampling since we lost about 45 minutes due to Bard and Cleric being booted to desktop on zoning and getting 1017 messages, but most mobs mitigated Archery damage by 10-15%. The various hounds gave an approx 10% bonus to crush damage. Slash damage was constant.
