The Plane of Water consists of a great coral reef of two levels known as the Reef of Coirnav. The upper section the reef is a sprawl of vibrant coral teeming with sea life, such as tropical fish, sponges and anemones. Deep within the reef live societies of intelligent aquatic beings as well as servants of the Avatar of Water, Coirnav.

Coirnav is a pure creature called into being by the Triumvirate of Water, with the assistance of other entities of the planes, and is a representation of the three greater elemental gods. It is said Coirnav lies dormant within his domain, waiting for the time that he would be called upon to fully embody the three of the Triumvirate.

No one has mentioned how to zone out, so guess I will. Next to the graves is a round pot-like rock (I guess it is a sponge out of water) that pulses. Click on that.

To click into the fountain, stand in front of Jurmak the Undertow (facing toward fountain), the ground comes to a point with a rock on it, stand on the rock facing the fountain and click the fountain dish, not the water. If it tells you "you can't reach that, get closer", try backing up a step.

As of the patch of April 17th of 2008, a lot of the old world keyed/flagged zones no longer need flagging or keyed, you just need to be a specific levels. I believe that the Elemental Planes are required 60.

Is there any other way to get in to this zone other than the PoP progression? I know there is an alt access quest to get into PoFire, is there one for this zone as well?

I clicked that stupid fountain 100 different ways, and got in 3 times, and no idea how. What is the correct spot to click that thing?

Aye believe it or not, you can be too close, even when the meassage says, you are not close enough.
Stand back bit, closer to the drake. Works everytime

On the same side as the Drake stand on top of the rocks that outline the stream and click the Runes on the outside of the bowl. Will get you in every time.

How would one get flagged for this zone?

You must complete the Rallos Zek storyline.

You must finish:
Plane of Justice Trial (any single trial - old storm/valor access event, tells you you need to seek out Mithaniel Marr and Karana -- must have this flag for either LMM or Karana flag to count)
Askr the Lost Quest (old BoT access quest -- required to know where Karana is and to be told to go and save him)
Save Karana Quest (kill Agnarr in a raid)
Arian Darr (optional due to bug in seer -- old HoH access flag, required to zone into HoH-B without raid)
HoH Trial 1, 2 and 3 (required for LMM flag, no flag message when defeated, just a simple text message)
Lord Mithaniel Marr (must defeat him in combat)
Plane of Nightmare Hedge Event (Save Thellin)
Terris Thule (save Thellin)
Grummus (old CoD access event -- still required to finish bertox flag)
Caprin cycle
Bertox
Keeper of Sorrows (save Thellin)
Sarynn (save Tyllis)
Vallon Zek
Tallon Zek
Rallos Zek

If you do it in that order (some other variants are possible), you do not have to visit the seer. If you do it in a different order, you may need to visit the seer after some steps.

You will need to visit the grand librarian after some steps, and will need to talk to various NPC's for pre and post flags.

In other words, if you're asking the question, it's likely you won't see this zone for a very, very long time (if ever)

And yes, aside from the zone in itself, the entire zone is under water, just like Kedge.

With the advent of level 70 it's possible a LOT of those open raids may succeed and people will find themselves flagged for water air earth and fire.... which will suck, can you imagine the line to get in at Tables with 30% of your server flagged for fire? anyway just stating, you may make it after all.

Wishful thinking, mate.

At 75, you have no more accesss than you did at 65. No more tiers have opened up, based on level alone.
