VEKSAR: Shortly after the Shissar were run out of Kunark, a resort by the name of Veksar was built by the Kylong Iksar Tribe. After standing upon a lake in the middle of Kunark for nearly 1,000 years, Veksar was destroyed by the dragon Garudon, and sunk to the bottom of what is now known as the Lake of Ill Omen.

Now beneath the surface of the lake, Veksar is inhabited by sealife and the spirits of those killed in the incident. It is said that the spirit of the dragon Garudon also resides somewhere in the ruins. Only few adventurers who have chosen to trespass in to Veksar's confines have been able to return to tell about it.

The mobs in this zone have high hps. When you zone in, kill a goblin... you will see what I mean. I also used to hunt the skels in UP (SU3 paladin with 65 shaman); many mobs here have higher hps... probably closer to 25k. A 5155 Slay knocks off about 18% from the biggest ones (highborn commanders and noble crusader, level 63). The other undead range in the 20k area; the revenant / wraith ones and the ones before the shop dropoff are in the 12k-15k range. You will learn fairly quickly which mobs are nasty casters (the sks have a vicious tendency to FEAR, which would be hard if they didn't summon you back instantly when it wears off). One word of warning; avoid the sewers... ever since Directx9 came into effect, all of Veksar has holes in the world that drop you to the entrance... the sewers are the worst for it. I have fallen through the floor, summoned into walls, and fallen through walls. Despite the coding irritations, I think you will love this zone, especially with your super intelligent combo!

Before you hit the highborn area, mobs in the shopkeeper / golem / ballroom area will have 8-10k hp, depending on the mob type. Mobs like vessels, primalists, nihilists hit in the low 200s, around 208-214. 200+ in resists and most spells aren't an issue except the fire based dots from nec/sk mobs.
