Who is Kizrak the Tyrant?

He was near the Warrior guild, in the canyon outside, where there are 2 guards about 10:10 PM EST on Povar, 2/21/2001.

UPDATE:
I have found out that he is involved with a quest of some sort. He wants some sort of coin.

Hits for 187 (paid lvl 4 noob to test it out) and is red to a lvl 54.
Please help me out, if you can. Also, he has no sword, so i guess he quads for around 200 (stronger then the outside guards, I think.) I will post a transcript if I can, tomorrow, of what he says.

Bidils the quickfingers is another hall of heroes quests who mentions kizrak and someone named aerelina the gentle, bidils stole something from bristlbane and was noticed and taken to the hall of heroes. if there is one in every city I am guessing he is the rivervale one, and by the name of aerelina she is an elf of sorts.

He's a part of the new Realm of Heroes quest. There seem to be a 'hero' in every city, I ve personally seen the one in Ogguk and in Grobb (don t remember the name though sorry). I know nothing about the quests except they all seem to have something to do with coins.

you hail him and the message he sends is blunt and ignorent there are words in the [brackets] I think thay are his name ... you say his name and he tells you a little more ... mentions the realm of heroes and leading armies of rallos zek.... he asks for a coin to prove your worth and saus something about getting it from a god .... so... I am on 7th hammer and am searching for answers if anyone figures this out please post here ... I think this is for the opening of rallos zek's plane or the beginings of another uber war quest

Is it posible that this "realm of heroes" is actually a new zone that no one has gotten into? and maybe you have to turn in certain coins to get access into the zone? or it could just be some new item or somethin......

I've actually seen similar posts about this quest in the Safehouse webpage randomly... They have found random coins, one of which from rivervale, one from somewhere else, and did not know what to do with them. Perhaps you guys should both put your heads together to figure out this quest!
