Emerald Jungle  

Located in the southeastern corner of Kunark, a massive cliff separates the jungle from the West. The jungle's beautiful sight masks great dangers lurking in the forest. Wandering gorillas, tigers, raptors, and man-eating plants are threats to those who adventure here. The dragon Severilous, aligned with Kunark's Ring of Scale, roams the northwest and is left alone by the jungle's inhabitants. In the northeast is a small lake, to the north of which are a group of Iksar bandits. Further to the south is Torsis, also known as the City of Mist, deep within the jungle's twisted thicket.

stood still around loc (3480, 1295) in a large building ruins. Iksar ghost model as well, light blue con to 65, and dropped Poisoned Soul (LORE NODROP Identified as poisoned soul).

** I think these are for the new iksar quests, but no real idea what they're for

I found him today stuck inside the cliff not too far from 900, 3300. (I had to climb halfway up the cliff after tracking him - he finally aggroed on me from inside it and followed me out.)

Either he's a stationary spawn in one of the ruins nearby and he chased someone and got stuck, or he wanders and his pathing is broken.
