I got another idea maybe lady vox is the trigger for veeshan to spawn in veeshan's peek or PoA? Someone should try that se what happens and also is a priest of veesan like the rancor guarding innoruk? Is it even real because he ain't on the list of enemies...Hmm ever think that veeshan might be in an unexplored stretch of norrath like somewhere in the peak behind 5 tangrins hehe just a thought

| As of May 2008, you can teleport to the Plane of Sky via the Guild Hall portal (Cloudy Stone of Veeshan) or get a port from Relm M`Loch in the Plane of Tranquility.
In the alternative, a wizard can cast their Alter Plane Sky spell to port up a group. Once in this plane, you cannot levitate, gate, or use any sort of evacuation spells (with the exception of the Alter Plane spell which still works). The only way out is to jump off. Upon doing so, you will fall safely to the water near the docks of East Freeport, (provided you don't hit another island below you and die as a result). This is a one-way trip, obviously. You can get CoH by a mage and use fellowship fires however. Level 46 is required to enter the zone. |

She should be on the 5th continent along with other planes like the plane of love (Heh imagine the creatures in there) and the plain of war, etc... I think veeshan would be ( if even put in that one) in a complete plane in space it would make since because of her huge size.
P.S. I have never been there but isn't the plane of sky in space?

And another thing: Veeshan will NOT be level 75. The 6 level casting cap is in effect, and if in fact she is level 75, NO ONE will be able to cast on her, making it 100% impossible to kill her. If anything, she'll most likely be around the same level as the other dragons or gods, but much much more powerful. Again, she will not be level 75... people thought this was the level of Naggy or Vox, untilthey /conned blue to a level 56.

I was piloting PoA by myself (I was butt naked at the time). I got as far as the 6th island (dont ask me how... I just have quick fingers for the keys, and I had every HP buff on me at the time, plus Rune IV, which lasted for about 5 secs up there). Anyway, I was getting killed (Surprise surprise) when I saw about 500 "Priest of Veeshan begins casting a spell" appear on the screen, spamming the hell out of me. Big deal, right? Well I scrolled up, and I saw "Veeshan begins casting a spell" pop up. My guess is that the Priests were buffing Veeshan at once, and there were more than 20 priests up there with Veeshan, so I fanthom that getting Veeshan is gonna be a trip, and killing her will be interesting, too. With that many people guarding her, I guess that Veeshan wasn't meant to be killed at all.
But again, I question the existance of Veeshan being a dragon, because browsing my EQ source files in the PoA section turned up no pictures of dragons, or even a drake, so its my guess that Veeshan will be in a different form (I'd love for Veeshan to be a giant Spiroc, that'd be hilarious). Veeshan will prob be on the new continent thats coming out in the NEXT expansion. The continent that she "swiped with her claws depositing her broodling on an otherwise lifeless planet", if you listen to the intro.

Ok, here's the deal. Believe me if you want to, no skin off my rear-end. I have a friend in real life (my best friend actually, but that's neither here nor there) who was a guide (he just quit 3 days ago). Recently, verant made it so Guide can no longer enter the zone "veeshan's Peak". However, before this was made law, my friend went and explored Veeshan's Peak a little bit. He said that the zone seems to be the inside of a volcano, because there were tons of bridges that cross gigantic oceans of lava, and that dragons and giant raptors roam the entire area. He told me that his favorite part of the zone was a little tunnel that branches off into 2 other tunnels. The one branch lead simply to another area in the zone, while the other branch lead to a giant named dragon. He forgot the name of the dragon, but remembers what he looked like and how big he was. He said he was grayish-brown in color, and (here's the kicker) roughly 2.5 - 3 times larger than Lord Nagafen... *falls down*.

1:"Veeshan" the zone is a new zone "Veeshan's Peak", a plane. You cannot gate out of Veeshan's Peak, and the only way out if to defeat the dragons. Yes, DRAGONS. Not drakes. I prolly will wait till someone goes there first before I do. (don't want to lose copse =) ).
2: Veeshan might not exist, but if she does it will be the plane of air. Also, Veeshan is not on the top of Veeshans Peak. (NOTE: I heard this info from many different EQ websites. This info might change.)

Ever think of This?? Veeshan could spawn in the Plane of Air, who knows how big it is??? have you ever seen the end of it???? she probably spawns at the very top along with a bunch of royal guards.... on a HUGE island...

I think that Veeshan, if she is somehow implemented into the game, will be found at the top of Veeshans Peak, the supposed hardest zone in the game. Not only would it make absolute sense for her to be there, but that zone is supposed to be filled with uber mobs harder than gods and dragons. They've even gone so far as saying that they will not ehlp people with corpse recovery if they die in that zone. See the local necro, quote unquote. The entrance to the zone is gaurded by 2, that's right 2, insanely high lvl mobs that will whoop yer *** sideways. And then if you kill those you've got to have a key to enetr the zone, which you get by a really long and difficult quest.

Veeshan was spawned on Bristlebane. Her PH was the eye of Veeshan I saw a pic the leader of my guild sent me. Shes bigger than any of the Gods and the dragons. As for a post awhile back about the monk guildmaster being the strongest and impossible to kill your wrong. All the monk guildmasters have been killed. In fact they have been really the only guildmasters ever killed because its easy to separate them in a Sir Lucan manner. Heck even the guy who gives the Firey Avenger quest was killed and the GM's gave him a weapon to make sure he wouldn't die, but he did. The point of this post is to say that if something is put into the game players will find a way to kill it for the sake of loot. Because as we know nearly everyone out there has forgotten the true point of EQ, and has gone on some power trip to make their character the strongest ever. Makes no sense to me but hey, I just quest and hope that one day I can make a difference. What do I know. Take care all. Oh and please no foul language in the coming posts that will most likely follow mine.

But Veeshan IS NOT in the game. I know this for fact, I can't say how, but let's just say a very close friend "GUIDED" me in the right direction *wink*wink* Anyhoo, it'd be impossible to put Veeshan in the game in any practical manner, because, if you watch the beginning movie of EQ, she is as big as (if not larger than) the planet of Norrath itself. I mean, her claws created mountains for corn's sake. So, unfortunately, she's impossible to implement into the game. Maybe they could make it so you only saw her head and neck coming down from the sky and the rest of her was out in space... that'd be cool.
Believe me on this, I know veeshan isn't in the game, and she can't be. She's far, FAR too big.
As a side note, the expansion is OUT and the highest level you can reach is 60.

Nah..Veeshan wont be there, well, for a while.I doubt it, at least.'specially not a level 75 Mob.Maybe a lower level with really high MR or something.Level 75 would be damned near untouchable, even by a 60.
And where would she be?Veeshan seems like she's as big as Norrath.I mean, her claw marks are all across Vellious, on the map.Ever see the beginning video?Even a shrunken down one would be odd.

Methinks Veeshan has her own zone, and nobody will see her until someone zones into there. So good luck seeing her!

there is a way to separate bladestorms although its a pain in the **** to do
you get 2 pullers(or however many bladestorms happen to be present) and attack them simultaneously (i think i spelled that wrong) and run them in opposite directions. your pullers should have feign death or you should have an xp rez ready before even attempting this. my feign death worked so i

The Nameless is the strongest, he is the creator of all things. If you remember your reading Veeshan sprang from his mind because he wished it! And also it is said that the Gods are still FINITE creatures so yes in theory Veeshan should be able to be killed. Not saying you should try though, she is going to be very tough no doubt. It will take much more than a group of 35 lvl 60's to beat her too. There is a large picture and people's egos are clouding it. Just watch and learn from example, you'll find out the truth.

Here's what I know of PoA from having to help break through to get the Fiery Avengers for Bephsi and Edarion on Fennin. The mobs are 50, 52, 53 and 58-60 there, depending on the type. Veeshan, even if she spawned, wouldn't be reachable. This zone is designed to be done post-expansion. It took about 60 of us 18 hours to break through the first hard spot, and that's with easy access to the coffins for Corpse Recovery and using the best tactics available. Right now, since the islands have to be done in order, no one's getting past the 4th isle. Period. The mobs on 3 were insane, I don't want to even consider the mobs on the fourth isle. The quests are well done, and I like the way the mobs drop certain random items from separate spawn tables, depending on island. 60 is the level cap for players in Ruins of Kunark, official statement by McQuaid. There is no faction hit whatsoever in-plane, but whatever you do, don't kill Dru in BB (He's got Veeshan faction), but that' doesn't mean she's in game. Some mobs are aggro or non-aggro to all/all, its that simple. Thunder Spirits are indifferent, while Azoracks are aggro.
Now as for just speculations, its my belief that Sirren the Lunatic is Veeshan's messanger--he speaks of the monters there as "his children" and Gorgalosk says "Oh, I mean you not harm, unless [the Lunatic sent you], he makes me hold these markers for him." Just my thoughts, since he keeps track of player's progress on every single island.
As for fact, all we know is that the Fiery Avenger Quest works, this zone is meant to be finished only post-expansion, and if you don't have necros with Summon Corpse, you're screwed. Oh, and bring money. Lots. : )

Anyone know? When you go into the plane of air, are you indifferent to all? or are you KOS? and then, after you start killing things, is there a faction hit? if so, with Veeshan?
