As of May 2008, you can teleport to the Plane of Sky via the Guild Hall portal or get a port from Relm M`Loch in the Plane of Tranquility. In the alternative, a wizard can cast their Alter Plane Sky spell to port up a group.

Once in this plane, you cannot levitate, gate, or use any sort of evacuation spells (with the exception of the Alter Plane spell which still works). The only way out is to jump off. Upon doing so, you will fall safely to the water near the docks of East Freeport (provided you don't hit another island below you and die as a result). This is a one-way trip, obviously. You can get CoH by a mage and use fellowship fires however.

I have heard that the respawn rate here is anywhere from 8-12 hours. Can anyone narrow it down a little more for me? Thanks 8)

1st Island (Fairy Isle) is the shortest being either 4 or 6 (can't remember but it's not the usual 8).

2nd - 5th (Azarack, Gorgalosk, Horsey, Spiroc) all are 8 hours.

6th (bee) is 12 hours.

7th (drake) is 24 hours (yes 24... camped that isle for guild mages 2 nights in a row and watched them pop in the order we killed them 24 hours earlier, 1 by 1... talk about boring).

The Noble (has his own isle between Fairy and Azarack), Overseer (spawns on Horsey), and Hand of Veeshan (8th isle i.e. no real point to go there except to kill this mob) are chained off each other and are a 3 day reset. Killing the Noble spawns the Overseer and killing the Overseer spawns the Hand of Veeshan. If you do not kill the Overseer or Hand of Veeshan, then after 3 days (if there isn't a server reset) they will despawn and the Noble will respawn. Again the only reason to kill these guys is if you are doing certain PoSky Quests (i.e. 41% haste belts which is really the only quest these days worth doing outside of the ones for epic). But for epic drops you can just avoid these guys. And no the Overseer will not aggro when you pull the mobs off Horsey isle.
