Ancient tales speak of an evil pact between the rulers of the planes of Fear and Hate that spawned this murky wetland. In homage and pride of this legend, the trolls who have inhabited these swamplands for eras have named this dank region Innothule.

Spiraling upward like the twisted, gnarly fingers of Innoruuk himself, willows and other dreary swampland trees are generously scattered across the terrain. A thick layer of brown and emerald, mossy slime blankets the earthen shores and the trunks of the swampland behemoths. Several mounts of damp, moldy earth rise up from the shallow waters, carving a chaotic and awkward path of solid ground.

While hunting for bull gators (sigh, over 40 bulls and no skin yet) we came across an alligator tooth on a bull gator. Doublechecked the rivervale quest just in case they changed it... nope, still wants a skin. Anyone know of any use for an alligator tooth? This was on Test server, btw...

Just in case quest text was wrong, gave a tooth to Marshall Anrey, I think it is? That gives the quest. Anyhow, had 4 teeth, figured what the heck. Giving him the tooth did NOT help with the quest -- so he must still require a skin. Guess it's back to the swamp, about 15 hours and counting so far. :( This is on Test.

I have been playing eq since release, i have pretty much lived based out of swamp and grobb, i have NEVER seen this before but I have found an NPC troll named Sacknut (i know doesnt sound right hehe) cant hail, /who /guildstat inspect, attack, cast spells on, but giving stuff does work just like any npc, green to a 45th no idea wasup he didnt move or make a sound. 12/21/00

The alligtor tooth isused to get a class specific set of armor forthe beastlords. TheName of the quest is Dark One's Armor. The quest starts in grobb, by a troll named ?Gurgh? spelling may be wrong. The quest is a series of four small quests. The first being to turn in four froglok tad skins to him. The next is to turn in a giant rat ear and giant rat pelt, the next is to turn in the Alligator tooth, and the last step being to turn in a vial of froglok blood. With each step in the quest you get a piece of Dark One's armor, postive faction with the troll shadownights, and negative faction with the Froglok's of Guk. You also get a bit of exp for each step. Hope this helps

Bull Alligator tooth also used in task. My level 10 druid had to kill 10 Bull Alligators, collect 4 Bull Alligator Teeth. I got a Pristine Skin but 14 alligators not one tooth. Sigh.
