Northern Felwithe  

Felwithe is the city of High Elves. It is located along the eastern boundary of the Greater Faydark and is divided in two sections. This is the northern part of the city (accessed directly from the Faydark) and is where you'll find the Paladin and Cleric guilds as well as the bank and numerous vendor houses.

Question...I have four characters that started out in Felwithe. An Enchanter, Magician, Wizard and Cleric. There is a merchant in the Shop of Holos named Merchant Nora. She's on the first floor, behind the counter. Yet you can't buy or sell from her, you can't hail her. I'm wondering if anyone knows what she is used for?
