South Qeynos  

The southern section of Qeynos is home to the Warrior Guild Hall, the Order of Three, the Knights of Thunder, and the League of Antonican Bards. There are two docks which service Erud's Crossing, the body of water separating Antonica from the continent of Odus.

I saw a Ruffian yesterday that was green to my 9th Rouge. I hailed him and he agroed on me and I had to wipe the floor with his sorry hide. He dropped some small change and a rusty Two Handed sword.

He Conned black (even fight) to my lvl 5 bard. I suppose he is like the rude individual for low lvl char. He wasnt much of a challenge though, I had 1/3 health left after I slew him. He didnt have much loot either.
