Ok, here's the scoop....
I have a group consisting of a 47 Paladin, 48 Cleric, 46 Warrior, and a 40 Paladin. We easilly handled the Frenzied and all of his pals numerous times. I had heard that he spawns about once an hour, but we camped him for 13 hours and only saw five spawns. Needless to say all five times he dropped the ring. We are really trying to get the warrior his FBSS. Does anyone have any info on the frequency of the drop, or even the spawn. Did we just have a bad day or is it always like that?

FBSS is a grueling rare drop. My guess 1 in 20, then ya got to win the roll. Another route for haste is to goto Track Teeth and hunt down Hangman, drops a 17% haste belt/headpiece every time, and it has ac to boot.
