You should be able to. With Instrument of Nife you would be easily tying the warriors and rangers for damage output. I'd suggest getting some dex increasing equipment and go down and advertise what the spell does. 243 damage a proc is nothing to sneeze at, especially at 36. I've got my dex up to 130 and I usually proc two times a battle.
