Revamped on August 26, 2003 during Legacy of Ykesha, this is the higher level version of
Cazic-Thule.
Cazic-Thule.
| The Accursed Temple of Cazic Thule sits in the southern portion of the Feerrott. Dwelling within its boundaries are a whole host of lizardmen worshippers and various aggressive species ranging from spiders, raptors, and giant mosquitoes to bubbling oozes, gorillas, and greenblood piranha, all of which fiercely protect the temple grounds.

Tae EW Templar drops the Lizzie cloak around lvl 30, The Clay Golem is actually the Stone Golem and drops the Illusion of Earth Elemental and yes they do run when about to die.

Indeed they flee like sissys. Better have a rooter / snarer as trains are pretty common here.

I'd like to know which Lizard drops the Lizardscale cloak require for the wizard runescale cloak quest. Thanks a lot.

The Tae Ew Templar. You can go into the zone and ask to join the TAE group. Tell them what you are after, but expect to have to lotto for it, the cloak itself is a great one for many classes, and they will not want to simply give it to you. They sell for 200-300pp on Mithaniel Marr.
The group will likely be in the tower courtyard (not the main one just inside the zone). Check www.eqatlas.com or www.eqmaps.com for a map of the zone. And if you are not familiar with this zone.. don't go in alone.. it is train city.

If you have good faction with the Lizard men will they argo when your fighting other creatures? I know the Frogloks dont in Guk.

The Unnamed mob is a Lizard Crusader thats bugged.. I found out the hard way when he HTed me, lol. But it is a Crusader and does drop the Decayed Armour

I was outside the avvy pyramid yesterday, and up top was a mob that when you click on him there was no name in the hp box...and he cast pain and suffering like a mad dog! Anybody got any idea what/who this guy is?? He (along with tthe rest of the pyramid top MOBs wiped out my 30-35 party

I would say that the lowest you can be to hunt the entryway is early 20s. I'm a 24th shaman and I tried to poke my nose in a few times to look around..hah! As soon as you zone you are in the train wreck melee area. Each time I took over 250pts of damage in less than 30 seconds of fighting and had to zone back out. (And that was at full buff, good gear and full mana - so goodluck trying to hunt there at lower level)
It IS possible to hunt here starting in your low twenties.
If you hunt near the entrance, do it in non-prime-time hours, when there are fewer trains.
I'm a level 25 Enchanter, started hunting CT at level 24 (and occasionally group with folks as low as lvl 22). Good experience, good loot.
When you hit level 25 or higher, find a more out-of-the-way place to hunt and the trains shouldn't bother you.

i see some 15ish lizzies here, i was wondering if its possible to group here at 15. i got a 15 shaman and i dont think the lower level stuff would be camped from fear of trains by other people in low-mid teens. anyone KNOW its possible to hunt here and do ok?

Clay Golems drop a "Ball of Golem Clay" which is an expendable potion that turns you into an Earth Elemental

Radiant drops "radiant gloves", which are required for the enchanter's Insidious Gloves quest
