The eastern plains of Karana are sandwiched by mountains and water. Travelers should be wary of the named cyclopses, wandering evil eyes, and steep, narrow mountain paths approaching Highhold Pass (don't step off the ledge!).

Killed this guy in EK twice recently. Must be a common spawn, or not too rare. Dropped a FS dagger, a FS longsword, and a NO DROP Tattered Pather Hide GLoves both times.

He was green at 54, immune to changes in run speed, has maybe 1k hp.
