Lake Rathetear  

Lake Rathetear separates the Mountains of Rathe from the Southern Plains of Karana. Around the lake are several areas of interest: Some vendor outposts, a fishing village, as well as established camps of orcs, gnolls, aviaks, and ogres. In the depths of Lake Rathetear you will find some of the more dangerous inhabitants. Among them, the dark elf, Deep, and Lord Bergurgle of the aqua goblins.

Was swimming around the lake today and I came across a npc lady named Misty Tekcihta. When I hailed her it said that she smiles and taps her foot on the ground, Or something very close to that. Having never heard of her I came here and she's not listed. Does anyone know what she's for? She is a red con indifferently to a halfling druid lvl 40. I'll check her out more tomorrow if no one answers here today.

Yeah, I know she is a one of Quest NPC. It start at one of guard tower in West Karana, relay a given tourch to specific NPC in Misty Ticket, SRo, then Lake Rathetear. When I passed a second tourch to Andad Filla in Sro, he said,
"You still have a way to go! Seek out Misty Tekchita near the arena at Lake Rathe. Run like the wind!"
I also saw her past when I had site seeing of Lake Rath, Arena and Rath Mnt.
