Neriak Third Gate  

This is Neriak's Third Gate, home to what may be the most evil of Neriak's inhabitants. Here, you will find the Hall of the Ebon Mask (rogue guild), Priests of Innoruuk (cleric guild), and the House of the Dead (Shadow Knight and Necromancer guilds). This area also hosts the city's library as well as one of the more infamous taverns on Antonica, the Maiden's Fancy.

How does a druid wood elf get his faction up with neriak without losing faction with other towns? Is all that time hunting in Clan Crushbone going to affect me even more?

The faction lower by killin Crush orcs is the rogue guild. You could kill halflings, but that's about it and the wine quest.

Incorrect friend. The factions lowered by hunting in Crushbone are Crushbone Orcs (obvoiusly) and The Dead (Dark Elven Necromancer and Shadow Knight guilds) The Tier'Dal rogue guild is Ebon Mask.

Actually, the factions lowered in Crushbone are (as you said) Crushbone orcs and Indigo Brotherhood, not The Dead.
