There is a new NPC in Neriak commons by the waterfall with the false back and theprist of discord on mithanial marr. Didn't catch the name but he wont say anything to hail and jus tstands there so far. He stands right at the water fall, can someone check this out and see if he says anything?

Looks like he was just added in after last nights server downage and update.
