Neriak Foreign Quarter  

Neriak is the city of Dark Elves. This is the Foreign Quarter, the western-most part of the city which is directly connected to Nektulos Forest. Many outsiders have set up shop and home here. Most notably, this area served as a temporary home for the trolls of Grobb after they were ousted from their city by the Frogloks of Marr. They've since moved out, but a few of their brethren have remained.

Oh.. I forgot to add:
You will NOT hurt your Kelethin/Wood Elf faction by doing this quest!!
I'm a wood elf remember ;) If it hurt your faction there I wouldn't have posted that quest up.

Turning in Wine to Lokar ToBiath only does 3 factions:
Dark Bargainers (better)
Dread Guard Outer (better)
Dread Guard Inner (better)
