Neriak Foreign Quarter  

Wanna sell and Bank in Neriak? Wanna impress all the dark elves and necro/SK's that run in and out of Neriak? =)

All you need is Invisibility or Superior Camo, and about 100pp for Red wine.
More if you have killed Dark Elf guards or hunted orcs too much.

Free up space and buy as much red wine as you can. Next.. go into the Neriak library.
Go into the little room to the far left.
Lokar ToBiath is in there.
Invis up and give him 16 red wines, 4 in each slot (yes,it works that way)
You'll have to invis to give him the wine first if you are dubious or lower faction with him. Your faction with him will raise very quick however.

Give him about 5 backpacks worth of that wine just the way I told you above,then go out of the room (Invisible!) and target a Guard. Make SURE that it isn't Kazan Punox or another fancily named NPC. Then,go back into the Lokar ToBiath's room. Cast a spell to get your SCamo/Invis off,then con the guard.

Depending on your charisma and wether or not you killed anything dark-elf-related,it should con Dubious.

Keep turning in wine till those guards you target become at least dubious.
It's ok,when you get some guards up to dubious,most will be indifferently!
Merchants (ALL merchants...even the one's in the Ogre section of Foreign Quarter!!) will be Warmly,a few being indifferent (if they are beta neutral)

You will still be KOS in some places, con Everything and DON'T go into the 3rd Gate without invis. Those NPC's in there are mostly Guild guards that will attack no matter what!

I am a Wood Elf Druid who never killed any Dark Elves or never really hunted in CB,in fact,didn't hunt orcs much at all except to get to level 3 maybe. It took me roughly 9 to 10 backpacks worth of wine to become Indiff-warm to the guards and merchs.
Might seem like it would take a long time but not really,It can get boring...give it two-three nights.

If you killed Dark elf Guards: Expect to buy nearly 20 backpacks worth of wine to get unKOS.
