Lavastorm Mountains  

The Lavastorm Mountains make for a treacherous terrain, so watch your step as you make your way through the area, being mindful of some signifcant falls. Not long ago, some miners broke through to the dragon nesting grounds of northern Antonica. These Broodlands can be reached through a network of caves in Lavastorm's north. Also in these caves are two factions of adventurers, each offering expeditions and tasks into the Broodlands. They are Norrath's Keepers and the Dark Reign, and they strictly oppose one another. This mountain range is also home to many other places of interest: Najena's dungeon is found in the southeast while Nektulos Forest lies in the south. In the cliffs along the lava lake is the entrance to Nagafen's Lair while Solusek's Eye, named after the lava lake and home to the Goblins of Fire Peak, sits in the west. All the while, there are swarms of drakes, fire imps and elementals, goblins, dervishes, basilisks, undead, and lavaspinners roaming the area. Also, beware the lava dragon, Tirranun, who has been known to make occasional appearances around the lava lake. Of course if you hear him approaching, it's probably already too late...

The NPC that is being spoken of is for some paladin sword quest. I (a 35 druid) was grouped with a 34 paladin. I am not sure exactly what was said....but it refered to some paladin quest. She had asked me to look for Ruathey specifically. Sorry can't be more of assistance.

I am an lvl 34 paladin, born in Kaladim!
I have follow the thrue path and as an result of that I have choosen to help Dru Razbine in BB with the quest named Challice of Conqest.

Now! When I get my reward, the Holy Partisan of Underfoot he told me that the Clerics that could upgrade this weapon was last see in lava fields on Antonica!

Could this be the Cleric he talked about?

She's for the new Ghoulbane quest. You give her a note given to you by Llara in Dagnor's Cauldron, and she gives you a Noble's Bag, which you need to combine the various quest items in.

Okay for all you high 30's, low 40's SK's looking for exp. she's right near the nek zone in LS. just dark and fear at 43 she gives almost half a blue exp, with no faction hit. She's straight melee, never has a weapon. Downside is she doesn'y drop anything, no coin, no nuthin. Also of not if she's on about a five minute timer just enough time to med up for her again. 8)
