I was wandering the NFP tunnels Thursday and found this guy near one of the tunnel entrances. Said I couldn't do anything for him. He was spawned during the daytime-haven't gone back since.

Bondl Felligan is part of the Shaman Epic quest. He is also linked to the Greater Spirits in the Jade Tiger
