This keep is located in the top cocoon found in The Hive. Loc +293, +1121, + 455 Highest, leftmost hive. Go all the way to the top to find a wooden door. Anyone at least 70th level is automatically granted access to this zone. The actual key is attained via this one-groupable quest.

Hsranitu the Webspinner- Spawned in the Dining room at 11 pm right side... seems a lot of these named mobs roam spawn...hailed him he spoke liiks like the normal spider mobs in the hive
