Highpass Hold is a mountain pass near the center of Antonica. Its canyons link the Karanas and Kithicor Forest, and provide a passage to the Serpent's Spine Mountains. It is a well-guarded stronghold complete with its own citizens, a few taverns and shops, as well as a casino. -----------------------

seen some new mobs in hph tonight called an agitated skeleton. seem to vary in con too from 17-20 and con indifferent to you? only thing i have seen them drop is a minor corrupted sunshard.
I found this new guard here, but not sure what he's for. If you are facing the main fort stronghold where all the guards are, look to your right. He's indif to me, and apparently hands out a mission. Is it a monster mission?
He talks about how the crazed goblin in the keep went crazy because he wanted to take over the city, but when I respond to the cue words for more info he tells me my party isn't big enough to join the task.
Is he for the monster missions? I'm not quite sure what he is.
EDIT: Okay, I hailed him while a group of mine was forming and it turns out he is for a monster mission. You get to choose from goblin warrior, shaman or wizard (up to 6 of each type) and try to invade High Hold Keep. Looks like fun!

What the hell they do to the maps that used to be here? Still be nice to find zone connections. Tell the jerks to put them back if they was removed. If they still about where they at?

Was just wastin time last night, hopin for maybe a shrlok drop when I ran across a mob named Scar. Been playin for years, so i have spent about 40 levels among 3 characters in this zone so surprised me to see something new. Never did find him, I hate tracking in this zone lol.

I really miss the HHP/HHK combo. They were great zones to hunt in and the fact melees could bind anywhere in either zone was great.
I had the joy of bringing up 3 characters from mid teens at the orcs/gnolls all the way to low-30's with the war/raider room, and with a bank in the Keep and plently of merchants the only reason I ever had to leave was to train (my melees that is).
It really saddens me to go through these zones now and seeing them mostly deserted. Just my 2 cp.

Why is it Stanos, the guy who ornate rogue armor is named after, the main rogue epic quest guy, the guy you gotta kill to get High elf mask, not listed in Bestiary? I mean they have quest the purtain to him but why no mob profile???
All im asking for is a lil Stanos.

Ya whats the deal, where is Stanos's info and Pic?
While wandering around and poking my nose into just about every place I could stick it, I found this NPC in the room with Vranol Blackguard. For some reason, it adjusted my faction with Vranol so that when I con'd him it was dub instead of scowls. Wyle sells potions and Zap doodle tonic.
Journeying through Highpass today on my way to hunt some pelts in EK and ran across a member of the Wayfarer's Brotherhood. I've apparently not completed enough adventures yet for he won't divulge too much on why he's here, but it has something to do with Rujarkian. His name is Shumpi Wimahnn, a Halfling at LOC @ pos 187 x neg 11. Any ideas as to why he's here or what he wants?

He's most likely one of the storytellers. After you complete so many adventures, NPCs will start feeding you little bits of the story of the dungeon you're getting wins in. After a few, they tell you to seek out their friend for more stories, usually these NPCs are far from the original camps, like this halfling. My guess is he's a storyteller from the EC camp (Rujark)

I was camping the orcs yesterday hoping to find Recfek and his pack. I managed to get Vupok to spawn but i also got Hagnis Shralok to spawn. Easy kill (41 SHM) he drops a shiny brass halbred, not sure what hes doin here since he's not listed here in the bestiary.
Today I happend upon a new face in this area. It was a troll named burgek I first thought it was a player but then came to realise he was not one. I went up to hail him and didnt get a responce. Then I decided to kill him just to see what would happen. well i got all - faction hits. factions were

Merchants of Qeynos
Coalition of Tradefolk Underground
This guy spawned near the ent where the orcs spawn at. If you find out any info on it please post. I believe he is a new quest mob.. not sure though. He reguarded me indef. So maybe you need to be ami or at least kindly.

I saw this guy today. I /con'ed ally to him, but he still didn't say anything when hailed.
Stanos is still there - is just a spawned mob - have to talk to Angus to get him to spawn.
And the ****** has several faction hits - all BAD - so do not attempt to kill him if you have not completed your Warrior Epic or Rogue Epic - as it will make it very difficult (lots of faction work to fix) if you do.
Hits are : Carson McCabe WORSE
Corrupt Qeynos Guards WORSE
Freeport Militia WORSE
Merchants of Highpass WORSE
Highpass Guards WORSE

faction hits aren't very large, I've killed him several times for his head (high elf mask quest) and I've remained dubious.

i was probably still fighting orcs in misty thicket but one day my frined told me to go to highpass i was around 13 i got in a group and didnt die very often so i bet even at 12 in a good group you might still get exp i am talking about the orcs and dont know about gnolls but even at 22 i was getting exp in a group there but now i am in highkeep sometimea after an hour of playing in highpass i made 40plat in loot hope this helped someone

Not listed here but he sure as hell was there in the top floor, last room of some inn (I think it was the Golden Rooster). Level 50 human necro. Killed me when I ran out of mana for healing myself from his dot. There seems to be no info whatsoever on him. I googled the name and came up with one website that had no info other than he's a level 50 human necro.

well prolly you could solo all of them but if theres a big spawn with 5or more orcs and you dont ahve lay ahnds it could get pretty tough orc mercenaries hit pretty harda and backstab around a hundered so be careful

I just ran thru High Pass with my level 17 warrior and right by the orc camp I came across this Troll named Burgek. He was yellow to me and...since I've never seen him before I attacked, ofcourse. He was not casting so I assume he is a warrior as well. Well, things were going great until some orcs decided to help him, so I ran for the guards. Well, looks like this troll is not a bad troll cuz the guards also decided to help him and I died. 
But who the heck is he? I know that there is a Ogre in High Pass, Beef, who is liked by the guards, but I have never seen a Troll in the zone before.
I would appreciate any help.

Dweebb (gnome warrior extrodinair)While selling items in HHP. This fellow ran passed me. I fought this Troll this morning. Factions Hits were for Coalition of Trade Folk, Merchants, and Knight of Truth!. Go figure. Oh Well the Guards like him as well so be careful.

i did the exact same thing he coned yellow to my 16 dru so i cast root and resisted to my dismay so i ran to the highpass citizens and they turned on me too. if i didnt have SoW id be a gonner but i made it to the highkeep zone with 2 reds and a yellow in tow. ne1 know what he is for.
Sleep is a sugestion, just like speed limits.

ya, i attacked him with my 18 rng at my first time in HHP, but he was hurtin me pretty bad, so i ran for the guards. i then see a message saying: a guard says: time to die Jahtilia

this seemed weird cuz they helped me earlier. this only happened 2 days ago, so i still need to loot my corpse. it made me mad tho cuz he was only the third thing i fought here, and the lost exp. de-leveled me

This mob is not listed above but she was red to me at level 54. (was told she was level 62 from someone who conned her who was level 60). She spawned near the area where Stanos and Anson spawn for the rogue epic.

My dark elf necro killed the chief of the orc clan located in kithicor forrest for a couple of game days. No worries about nightfall cause undead dont wander in this camp. Now the necro is dubious versus KOS and orc faction cant possibly be worse. This is the fastest way to gain faction for kos peeps. Good luck )

I am an Erudite SK (I know i know erudites are one of the WORST Sks out there) anyways am i killed on sight here. Last time i payed a visit that Volunteer one of them kept trying to hit me(he really didnt succeed after about 5 minutes he managed to hit me once for 1point of damage)How many orcs do u have to kill in order to get faction high enough to pass through? And Are erudite Sk's KoS in Queynos? When i realize that being an SK really has its downsides (Not being able to hunt anywhere at all) Ah well
