Im not sure, however I killed him as a 45 monk, easy kill.
He dropped the following
"Kloms Blessed Headband" Lore, Magic no stats
Got faction hits with the same you would get if you killed a guard.
He didnt respond to any of my hails allthough I am KOS to him. Using sneak I was able to determine that he is a monk trainer.....but why would he drop something??

Initiate Firansad is part of the weapon quest for young and upcoming monks for a 5/24 no drop weapon.... remember a while back they put in all those newbie quests for all the new races/classes
