Qeynos Hills  

The Qeynos Hills connect the city of Qeynos to Surefall Glade and the Plains of Karana. There is also an entrance to Blackburrow, dungeon of the Sabertooth Gnolls. With low level wandering animals, undead and gnolls, and protection from wandering Qeynos guards and residents, this area is fairly tame. Two popular finds here are the Fishbone Earring and Glowing Black Stone.

My 33 Ranger was going through here and I saw a bag on the ground, picked it up and it turned into what looked like a joker's card and when I tried to drop it back down it said no drop. I examined it and it said Ebon Lotus No Drop. What the heck is this no drop item dropped on the ground and what the heck is this thing?

Its for Guard Cheslins quest... you need that an erudin library card thingy and 2 other cards. give em to cheslin for a reward..lol =P
