Surefall Glades is a quiet, sparsely populated city nestled along the border of Jaggedpine Forest. The guild houses of two factions can be found here: The Jaggedpine Treefolk (druids) and Protectors of Pine (rangers). Animal hunters be advised: The residents of Surefall fiercely guard the few bears to be found here. Don't get caught poaching!

when i was a newbie some guild raided surefall and said that hager droped a rain caller and some magic arrows still not sure about the rain caller but the arrows sound right

Yes, the RainCaller is what you heard right but, i do not think that the Bow drops there. It is the best bow in all of norrath (the follow up quest of the trueshot longbow.
