When zoning to level 2, if the spectres on level 1 are still up and attacking you, move away from the zone in point on level 2 as the spectres seem to still be able to attack you from the other side but won't follow you in once you move away.
On the other hand, the ghosts in the library CAN follow you through the mirror to the next level so if you get into trouble in the library and have found the key already zoning through the mirror WON'T save you and will probably make things worse if something is standing near the zone in on level 3.

| This massive seven-floor tower is located on the second island of Iceclad. It is clear that something terrible once happened to the inhabitants of the tower.
Littered with undead scholars, priests, travelers and shades, one must make their way up floor by floor with a different key necessary for each floor up. On the top floor is Tserrina, inciting terror on the rest of Frozen Shadow. Contrary to rumors, there is no eighth floor. never seen this mob in previous years i was here, but it cons red to a lvl 38. Cant engage in any way.
can confirm it exists, dark blue to a lvl 49. Can't attack with melee, spells or traps

Found 2 of these on the 6th floor. Looks like 9 keystone shaped runes in a circle. I targeted it and it conned grey to a level 69. Hailed, attacked, kicked, try to open, and tried remove trap. Nothing worked. Despawned around 10 minutes after I started the above mentioned assault.

A Skeletal Hand, found on the second floor with what appears to be a trap ring around it... can't even activate the danged thing to kill it. Anyone know about it? Shows up as a conned mob (gray (surprise!!) to a lvl 80 warrior, just bored while waiting for new spawns to pop for keys.

What is the mob's exact name in-game?
His name is "Undead usher". The one time i saw him, the enraged relative spawned from his corpse (thank god).

I met this monster too, but dont remember the exact in-game name. Only thing to mention is that immediately after his death an enraged relative spawns on his corpse. The undead usher looks like the normal golem ushers.

for those of you new to ToFS you get a key from a named mob that gets your whole group to the next floor via the mirrors. One key per group is all it takes.
A higher level key works on all the lower levels.
Each floor has an exit mirror as well.
If you make it to the top, you can get a master key that will take you to the top every time.

New mob on (4th floor?) - the floor with the wedding. "Head Golem Usher." Was standing right by the portal to the next floor for me. Not sure about hit points, max hit, etc - 75 necro just kinda plowed through him.

The cool thing about them... is they take on the form of whoever has aggro with them at the time of their spawning (I believe... I'm not sure if they switch once aggro is dropped, but it could be... it was fun to fight myself for once!)

Once PoR came out, or maybe a tad before, all traps were changed to look like that.
They were attackable for a short time once they went in, but that was changed as well.
Now, you see them when they pop, and know they are there unti disarmed.

Just killed two The Fabled Zorglim the Dead on second floor (library). Dropped Fabled Crystalized Shadow Tunic. He was dark blue to my lvl 58 beastlord. So I guess around lvl 50...not sure though :)
He must have a lvl range then because i just had him pop twice for me (54) and he was green both times..

a fading shadow guard.. Same model as the shadowmen ones (ie no graphic visible, he appeared alongside with the " a crystallized shadow guard"'s at the zone in for Level 7.

Do you know is there is a 8th floor in this tower ?
EQ Atlas says maybe, and I got aggroed through the wall or the floor by an invisible and untargetable mob "A Shadowed Banner" when I was at 7th floor not too far from entrance. This mob isn't in bestiary.

Shadowed banners are in the divided hallway just past the entrance to the 7th floor. They are stuck to the wall and are not targettable, just like the trap on the lower floor.

was powerleveling my wife's shaman on the second floor and was hit today but something not in the list.
A skeletal hand would hit me as I walked over the brown box on the floor to the right of the librarian as you are looking into the room.
Could not target, was hitting my 70 nec for 24-40 and slowly.

If I remember right, that's not a mob/beast but a "trap", been there since the tower has existed.

"a shrouded bat" should be added to the list. Killing it spawns the "an enraged vampire"
from the corpse(no caps used in either name, will send pics).
Bat casts Fatigue Drain quiet a bit.

Prior to the revamp in ToFS, this guy was on the top floor and is for the Enchanter 1.5 epic. Since the revamp, can anyone confirm he's still there? Or was he moved when the zone was redone?
Yes he is still there Waxabi. I was there just a min ago and was surprised to see something con red to me at 51 since most of everything in there is light blue or less to me now. He also conned red to a 56 necro with me. So I asked and he is lvl 63. He is up the stairs on the seventh floor.
Hey I have been in the zone today and yes the mob is still on the 6th Floor up the spiral staircase. and take the hallway around the corner south and he spawns in that room

there is not trick to this... he cons yellow at 70 so he is lvl 71... we put 3 warriors on his *** all lvl 70 14k+ tanks. and 30 raiders just beat his tail into the ground....he has a high regen which makes him a fun fight.. it took us about 15 minutes to beat him down.. lost 2 people
