East Freeport  

Freeport is the gateway into Antonica, acting as a hub of sorts for the continent. After the trek across the Ocean of Tears, visitors dock in the Freeport Harbor and check in with the Port Authority. The eastern part of Freeport is home to the Freeport Militia, the League of Antonican Bards, Steel Warriors, Dismal Rage, and Coalition of Tradesfolk Illegal. At the southern tip of the city is the gate to the Desert of Ro. Within the Arena run by the Steel Warriors is a massive statue of the Maiden of Rage, Sullon Zek. This statue acts as the portal into the Plane of Rage.

My friend told me that she made a new character on another server and got attacked by DROWNED CITIZENS in the newbie zone in FP that led to NRO.

Killed her deader than a door nail. Didn't know if it was a GM event or what. Never heard of it and never seen it before.

Anyone else?

The drowned citizens are always there, fairly low level, in a well in the tunnel, nothing special

Ive played for about 2.5 years now...and the drowned citizens have been around since then....you get a skin off em for a halfling anklet quest......you gotta kill a greenblood zombie in Feerrott...and another underwater zombie on wisp island. item sux for the lvl you gotta be to get it...of course you could buy the skins since none of them are no drop....as far as all the other new NPC's.....they are the new n00b armor quests givers
