Hi all I am currently a level 36 druid named leebra on vazaelle. I leveled from about 26 to 34 in no time in high keep. It took forever for me to get to lvl 16 though. After getting back into it again, i leveled to high teens pretty quickly by killing mammoth calfs in everfrost peaks. At low twenties go to paludal caverns....no question about it. That was my fastest leveling to date. Once you get up to the higher twenties, now go to high keep. You will have to wait a while to get into a group. But let me tell you, the action is mostly nonstop. And the loot as mentioned above is very good. I made it to lvl 34 in no time. Now im lvl 36 and its hard to find a good exp place that can hold a candle to paludal caverns and high keep. Just my two cents.
The the exp is great in HK, I double dinged every day in HK until I was level 41, to do this you must be able to solo, after 34 I soloed WR for excellent exp, fair loot and faction.
I suggest anybody 30-40 hunting the fastest exp they can find, I highly suggest you come to HK, if you can't solo then partner, but don't have more than you need in the group. Again soloing RR and especially WR is amazing exp. Being so close to a bank, merchants and guards it nice as well. If you are worried about faction, just head to NK and hunt the raider camp next to the shore for a few hours, with the numerous, and very fast spawns you can become indifferant from KOS very quickly. The only problem with HK(At least on every server I have been to) are the KSers, poons will try to snatch any mob from you camp as soon as they can. So watch out.

I am doing this exact thing. Its dead down there on my server at night and I solo the WR (and RR if its super dead). After I hit 40, I plan on moving to the guards.
