Qeynos Hills  

The Qeynos Hills connect the city of Qeynos to Surefall Glade and the Plains of Karana. There is also an entrance to Blackburrow, dungeon of the Sabertooth Gnolls. With low level wandering animals, undead and gnolls, and protection from wandering Qeynos guards and residents, this area is fairly tame. Two popular finds here are the Fishbone Earring and Glowing Black Stone.

I don't know if anyone has noticed since its a rare spawn named Gnasher something, He looks like a gnoll only he is higher. His usual drop is his head which can be turned into exp at Surefall.
